Responsibilities include: Leading title specialists, managing title lifecycles, resolving tricky exceptions with DMVs and lienholders, prioritizing aged deals, refining SOPs, and driving key performance metrics. You'll also oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
We're looking for someone with 3+ years experience in vehicle titles or related fields, 1+ years leading teams, a strong understanding of title and DMV processes, excellent communication, and a data-driven approach.
