Strategic Responsibilities
- Bring in industry best-in-class processes and make them self-serve and lean.
- Transform existing and new programs from a service delivery lens.
- Modernize Hotline Support within the Technical Support Center.
- Elevate Hotline Support to create a market differentiation.
- Define and execute strategies for Technical Support Center services.
- Collaborate with multiple teams for rapid customer issue resolution.
Delivery & Operations
- Lead operations for Automotive software Support hotline projects.
- Manage client requests regarding vehicle software and hardware diagnosis.
- Ensure quick responses and effective resolutions are provided.
- Oversee process documentation and approve SOPs and process manuals.
- Pursue strategic solutions and lead Transformations.
Qualification & Skills
- 18+ years in Automotive Product Support, ideally with a degree in Engineering.
- Experience managing large teams and having strong people management skills.
- Proven client management and P&L skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting expertise.
