Responsibilities:

• Regular quality review of claim files and performance evaluation of Claims Reps.
• Provide timely coaching and feedback to team members.
• Resolve customer service issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead recruitment and identify training needs for effective succession planning.
• Stay informed on industry developments and best practices.
• Participate in strategic committees and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Required: 4-6 years in Automotive Claims handling.
• Preferred: 1-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid Driver's License required.
