Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Hershey

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Automotive Detailer. The starting rate of pay is $15.50 / hour based on 40 hour workweek. The position also offers a pay increase to $16 / hour after 6 months of consecutive employment. This position is located at 1170 Mae Street Suite 500 Hummelstown, PA 17036.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, sanitize, vacuum, inspect, and prepare various vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans
• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exterior
• Check fuel level and warning lights
• Inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found
• Verify vehicle registration matches the license plate and is current
• Check fluid levels and add as needed
• Check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicles
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report warning lights, vehicle/windshield/tire damage
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed, including transporting customers to and from branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations
• Site appearance tasks: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other cleanliness tasks
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 3 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in future
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English
