Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Automotive Detailer. The starting rate of pay is $15.50/hour and is located at 23311 FM 1093 Road Richmond, TX 77406.

About the role

The available schedule is:

• Sunday: 8:30am-1:30pm (alternating each week)
• Monday: 7:15am-6:15pm
• Tuesday: 7:15am-6:15pm
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 7:15am-6:15pm
• Saturday: 8:30am-1:30pm (alternating each week)

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior, including cars, vans, and trucks
• Check fuel level and warning lights
• Inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found
• Verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed
• Check tire condition, pressure and tread depth
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report warning lights or damage
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed and possibly transport customers to and from branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interior and exterior of branch locations
• Site appearance duties include desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and related tasks

Additional Responsibilities:

• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years; 1 of these must fall off within 12 months of employment)
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must have at least twelve (12) consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience
• Must be willing to accept $15.50/hour
• Must live within a 15 mile radius from 23311 FM 1093 Road, Richmond, TX 77406
