Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Full-Time Automotive Detailer at 713 Merrimac Trl Williamsburg, VA 23185. The starting pay rate is $18/hour based on a 40-hour workweek.

About the role

We uphold the highest cleanliness standards, with a commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone. You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans to meet high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry protocols
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors (cars, vans, trucks)
• Check fuel levels, warning lights, windshield damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
• Identify customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found
• Verify registration is present, current, and matches license plate
• Check and top up fluid levels; assess tire condition, pressure, tread depth
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns; report warning lights and damages
• Maintain clean and orderly work area, report hazards
• Operate equipment such as carpet shampooers and air purifiers
• Assist customers when needed and transport between branches
• Maintain site appearance including cleaning interiors, exteriors, desktops, floors, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping lot
• Seek to improve job performance via training and goal setting
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years; points not to exceed 8
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in past 3 years
• Authorized to work in the United States without need for work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
• Minimum of six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience
