Bachrodt Baraboo Motors is looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Service Manager to lead and grow our service department.

This is an opportunity to earn $120,000 to $180,000 annually while building a successful team and making an impact on dealership performance.

Compensation details: 120000-180000 Yearly Salary

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop our team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Manage daily service operations, workflow, and customer satisfaction.
• Grow service revenue, gross profit, and customer retention.
• Monitor and improve technician productivity, efficiency, effective labor rate, and departmental profitability.
• Recruit, train, and retain quality employees.
• Maintain manufacturer service and warranty standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, increase sales, and control expenses.
• Build a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
• Work directly with dealership leadership to achieve department goals.

Requirements

Ideal qualifications:

• Experience in automotive service management, fixed operations, or a senior service advisor position.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Understanding of dealership service operations, profitability, and performance metrics.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships and resolve concerns.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to success.

Additional experience that's a plus:

• Dealertrack DMS
• Xtime service management software
• Manufacturer warranty administration
• Previous dealership service management experience
