Job Description

Cincy AutoMall is a growing automotive dealership in Fairfield, Ohio. We are committed to providing quality vehicles, exceptional customer service, and a positive experience throughout the entire ownership process.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Automotive Service Manager to oversee our service department, lead our technicians, and ensure that repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently, accurately, and profitably.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands automotive repair operations, takes ownership of department performance, and knows how to balance productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

About the role

What we're looking for

We want a manager who takes ownership of the department rather than simply supervising it.

Someone who can walk into a busy shop, understand what needs to happen, organize the workload, support the technicians, and keep vehicles moving without sacrificing repair quality.

The right candidate will be comfortable making decisions, solving problems, holding employees accountable, and working directly with dealership leadership to continuously improve operations.

Cincy Automall is a growing automotive dealership located in Fairfield, Ohio, serving customers throughout Cincinnati and the surrounding communities.

We specialize in quality pre owned cars, trucks, and SUVs across a wide variety of makes and models. Our goal is to provide customers with a straightforward, professional buying experience while building a team that takes pride in the way we do business.

At Cincy Automall, every department plays an important role in our success. From sales and customer service to vehicle reconditioning, service, and dealership operations, we are focused on creating an environment where dependable, motivated people can contribute, grow, and build long term careers.

As our dealership continues to grow, we are looking for team members who are driven, reliable, willing to learn, and committed to doing quality work. We value people who take ownership of their responsibilities, communicate well, and want to be part of a team that is continually improving.
