Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with service needs
• Write repair orders and document customer concerns
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on technician findings
• Communicate repair timelines, costs, and updates to customers
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs
• Manage workflow and ensure timely completion of service
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI scores
• Upsell services and increase service department revenue

Requirements

• Experience as a service advisor, service writer, or automotive service consultant
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to sell recommended services and build customer trust
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Strong skills in customer service, sales, communication, and automotive service operations
• Experience writing repair orders, upselling services, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with technicians
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair processes
• Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions, manage workflow, and maintain high CSI scores
• Experience as a service advisor, service writer, service consultant, or automotive customer service professional in a dealership or repair facility is preferred
