This role involves addressing complex finance inquiries, coordinating with underwriting and funding teams, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support lease and loan servicing inquiries.
- Explain financing products and assist customers through the finance process.
- Liaise between customers, dealerships, financial partners, and internal departments.
- Support vehicle funding, delivery, and lease-end processes.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or related fields.
- Has minimum 2 years’ customer service experience in financial services, banking, luxury retail, or automotive sectors.
- Exhibits excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
