About the role
MileOne is expanding our executive leadership team and hiring a Regional Director in the greater Baltimore area.
MileOne Autogroup is the region's premier automotive dealership groups, with approximately 4,500 employees and 100,000 retail vehicle sales annually.
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing organization in an executive-level leadership role with significant responsibility for dealership operations and performance across multiple rooftops.

We are seeking an exceptional automotive leader with a proven track record of sustained performance, career longevity, organizational stability, and multi-brand dealership leadership experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead from the front, develop high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, and make a meaningful impact across a complex, multi-store dealership organization.

Requirements
- Stability with a multi franchise dealer group in automotive management role
- Proven long term track record of multi franchise success
- Proven ability to maximize productivity, customer service and profitability
- Proficient knowledge of automotive management systems
- Must have a sense of time management and be detail oriented
- Self-Motivated with high level of initiative and ability to work in a team
- Maintain valid driver's license; Must be insurable
