Job Description

About the role

The Boldt Company, a subsidiary of the Boldt Group. Location: Indiana or Missouri.

At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a General Contractor background who has successfully led $20M+ automotive, advanced manufacturing, or industrial construction projects. You'll take ownership from preconstruction through closeout, leading project teams, client relationships, cost, schedule, procurement, subcontractors, risk, and overall project delivery. This is an opportunity to lead significant, complex work, mentor other builders, grow key client relationships, and continue your career toward Project Executive and broader construction leadership opportunities.

We Are Boldt

  • Our People: We create opportunities for growth, fulfillment, and reaching full potential.
  • Our Customers: We exceed expectations through advocacy, problem-solving, and collaboration.
  • Our Partners: We collaborate with trust and respect to drive innovation and shared success.
  • Our Communities: We give back with our time, talents, and resources, elevating dignity and doing good.

At Boldt, high performance starts with strong relationships. We believe the best projects are delivered by teams that trust each other, communicate openly, and take ownership from the field to the office. Our culture blends accountability with support; where learning, mentorship, and collaboration drive results. You won't just contribute to projects that matter; you'll grow alongside people who are investing in your success.

  • Own Project Delivery: Lead $20M+ complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, driving quality, schedule, procurement, trade coordination, production planning, and overall execution.
  • Drive Financial Performance & Manage Risk: Take ownership of project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, contracts, scopes of work, change management, cash flow, profitability, and project risk, taking action early to keep projects on track.
  • Lead Clients & Continuous Improvement: Build trusted client and partner relationships while creating a collaborative project culture that challenges teams to innovate, improve operational efficiency, and deliver better outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field required. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Ten or more years' experience in construction project management and related functions.

The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons' ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
