Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers.
• Install protective seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats on vehicles arriving for service.
• Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing to maintain dealership quality standards.
• Clean vehicle engines and engine compartments.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic concerns and restore the appearance of upholstery, carpets, painted surfaces, and trim.
• Prepare and apply vehicle protection packages according to manufacturer and dealership guidelines.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Restore vehicles to a clean and like-new appearance.
• Retrieve and stage customer vehicles for delivery.
• Conduct final quality inspections before vehicle delivery and communicate any concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area, including service drive and parking lot areas.
• Report safety concerns, facility issues, or conditions that could affect employees, customers, or dealership operations.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and immediately notify management of any changes to driving status.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• This is a drug-free workplace.

Schedule

We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
