Automotive Sales Consultant

About the role

• Full time position with Saturday availability required
• Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process
• Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations
• Develop relationships with current and prospective customers
• Manage follow-up activities and opportunities through the CRM
• Stay informed on new models, product updates, and manufacturer training programs
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Requirements

• 2+ years of previous sales experience (telemarketing, retail, hospitality, etc.)
• Familiarity in using CRMs
• Proficient in converting leads and overcoming objection
• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and retention
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• High School graduate or equivalent
• 18 years or older

Compensation

• Total compensation of $80,000-$125,000+ annually based on performance
• Performance driven position eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives, including commission based on individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability
• Actual pay may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location
• Final compensation established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws
