Structure and present finance and insurance options to customers in compliance with state and federal regulations and more.

Responsibilities

• Structure and present finance and insurance options to customers in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Secure financing through a network of lenders and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.
• Maximize profitability through product offerings while maintaining transparency and trust.
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Stay current on industry trends, compliance updates, and dealership policies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience is required.
• At least 2 years’ automotive F&I experience is required.
• Strong understanding of lending practices, credit applications, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in dealership software (e.g., Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds).
• High ethical standards and customer-focused mindset.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
