Automotive Store Manager

About the role

RAW Wheels & Tires is looking for an experienced automotive retail and service leader to own the day-to-day operation of a location, from sales and customer experience to staffing, inventory, and profitability. This isn't a desk-manager position. You will be expected to know what is happening with your customers, your team, and your numbers—and take action when something isn't performing.

• Salary: $45,000.00 $55,000.00 per year + monthly profit sharing

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales, profitability, and overall P&L performance.
• Recruit, train, schedule, develop, and hold your team accountable.
• Maintain high customer service standards and resolve issues effectively.
• Oversee sales, lease-to-own activity, installation workflow, productivity, and safety.
• Manage inventory, cash controls, collections, account performance, and operational expenses.
• Implement and maintain company processes and performance expectations.

Requirements

• Proven automotive service, tire, or related automotive management experience.
• Strong sales mentality with a coachable, hands-on leadership style.
• Clear understanding of store financials, expenses, profitability, reports, and performance metrics.
• Confidence handling customer, employee, and operational problems.
• Stable work history demonstrating reliability.
• Ability to work a retail schedule, including Saturdays.

Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $45,000 $55,000.
• Uncapped monthly profit sharing tied directly to store profitability. Historically, profit sharing at a well-performing store has been approximately $900 $1,300/month; incentives are performance-based and not guaranteed.
