About the role
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced General Sales Manager / GSM. The ideal candidate we are seeking should:
- Be tenured
- Be experienced
- Have a proven track record of building and developing strong teams
- Possess the ability to complete all the necessary functions as a GSM
Responsibilities
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Dealer Management; General Sales Manager / GSM experience is preferred.
- Be passionate about customer retention and CSI.
- Determine monthly and yearly forecasts.
- Work with each salesperson and manager on specific goals and objectives.
- Create a positive sales culture for the team.
- Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that can help the dealership meet its goals.
- Play an active role in the community.
Requirements
- Be responsible, ethical and committed.
- Be professional.
- Have previous sales success.
- Complete a drug screen and background check.
- Be performance driven with a need to succeed.
- Have a valid driver's license.
