Service Advisors guide our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.

This job posting is for an opening at a Christian Brothers Automotive location that is independently owned and operated by a local licensed franchisee. Responsibilities

• Build repair orders, including sourcing parts and adding applicable labor.
• Use technical knowledge to answer a customer's technical or symptomatic questions.
• Greet every guest that enters the facility with hospitality and respect.
• Present the best solution to properly repair guests' vehicles in a way that is easy for them to understand.
• Manage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient manner.
• Consistently and effectively sell services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times.
• Communicate on the phone in a clear, professional manner.
• Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the guests served.
• Direct, coordinate and participate in performing customer service activities.
• Shuttle guests as needed in a CBA branded vehicle.
• Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.
• Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 3 Years of Experience in a Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role.
• Prior technician experience (Preferred).
• Current driver’s licenses.
• Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier.
• Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Dependable and reliable for a position scheduled for Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm.
• On your feet the majority of the workday (standing, walking, coordinating parts, etc.).
• Occasionally lift and carry objects over 50 lbs.
• Keep a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.
