Senior Service Advisor

Virginia Tire & Auto is seeking a Senior Service Advisor for Chantilly, VA.

About the role

Minimum $1000 a week guaranteed for your first 90 days. The role involves leading and coaching the Service Advisor team to achieve sales and service goals, building customer relationships, explaining vehicle issues clearly, confidently recommending and selling services and repairs, writing estimates, ordering parts, and managing the full repair order process. The role requires mastering their systems like the Warm Welcome, Fond Farewell, and Phone Process and keeping pace with a fast, fun, customer-first environment.

Requirements

• Automotive industry experience with strong sales skills.
• Deep understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair recommendations.
• A professional, genuine, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask, lead a team, and communicate clearly.
• A valid driver's license and a drive to succeed.
