Senior Service Advisor

Virginia Tire & Auto is seeking a Senior Service Advisor located in Sterling, Virginia, with a salary range of $55,000-$90,000 per year and a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 a week for the first 90 days, plus commission and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert on Virginia Tire & Auto sales procedures and initiatives: Warm Welcome, Fond Farewells, Phone Process, etc.
• Have advanced knowledge of vehicle systems and expertise on the VTA Tire Collection, tires, VTA Credit Card, and all products and services offered; confidently sell these to customers.
• Document, verbally communicate, and sell recommendations provided by the Production team, particularly complex ones requiring in-depth vehicle knowledge.
• Write estimates and order parts as needed.
• Create and bill all sales orders.
• Work towards achieving company-set goals, including individual sales goals.
• Manage time effectively while balancing multiple priorities and keeping pace with customers.
• Build relationships with customers by communicating vehicle status, promise time, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
• Act as the point person for communication to and from your team.

Requirements

• Sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Understanding of complex vehicle systems and proper diagnosis and repair methods.
• Ability to help develop knowledge of Service Advisors by assisting with selling complex recommendations.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Ability to become proficient in a point of sale system and troubleshoot common issues.
• Valid driver's license maintained.
