Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Service Advisor team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Build relationships with customers, explaining vehicle issues clearly.
• Recommend and sell appropriate services and repairs.
• Write estimates, order parts, and manage the full repair order process.
• Master company systems such as Warm Welcome, Fond Farewell, and Phone Process.
• Work in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.
