Senior Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach your Service Advisor team to meet sales and service goals.
• Build relationships with customers and explain vehicle issues clearly.
• Confidently recommend and sell appropriate services and repairs.
• Write estimates, order parts, and manage the full repair order process.
• Master company systems such as the Warm Welcome, Fond Farewell, and Phone Process.
• Keep up with a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

Requirements

• Automotive industry experience with strong sales skills.
• Deep understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair recommendations.
• Professional, genuine, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask, lead a team, and communicate clearly.
• Valid driver's license and drive to succeed.
